About

The Albaneve Summits is a range of frozen mountains north-east of the map's centre, dominated by Howling Peak, whose slopes reach 1,999 m, the highest ground in Embervale. It borders the Veilwater Basin, the Kindlewastes and the Nomad Highlands. As the fifth region it takes Flame levels 6 and 7 to open, and its enemies are mostly levels 28 to 35. It is the only region with freezing air: above 1,328 m, across 33% of its ground, the cold brings on the Exposed debuff, which tells the player to put on warmer clothing. The Fell Dragon Youngling lurks on Howling Peak, and the Cyclops, Fell Cyclops, Yak, Whitewing Vulture and Frost Wisp live only in these mountains. A vicious faction of Scavengers has moved into many of the ruined castles and villages, and the Scavenger Tyrant is one of the region's bosses.
