Hostile animal found in Albaneve Summits.

Called the Frost Wisp here before 1.0 gave it an official name.

Frozen Will-o'-the-Wisps are hostile wisps of the Albaneve Summits that split apart and attack with magic from range. They drop nothing. Cutting, Piercing and Blunt deal 130% damage to them, and Fire only 50%.
