Fell Dragon Youngling

About
The Fell Dragon Youngling is a unique boss found only at Howling Peak in the Albaneve Summits. It fights over a platform, breathing Fell fire across it, spinning to send out a wave of Fell Fire Meteors, strafing it in flight and knocking players back with its wings, and it summons Fell Draconian Vultures. Until it is stunned it takes reduced damage, so the fight turns on filling its stun bar with Stun Arrows, lightning spells such as Chain Lightning, or its own meteors deflected back at it. Once the bar fills it drops to the ground and can be hit freely until it wakes, calls more vultures and starts again; a player set on fire can dodge or blink to put it out. Every damage type is resisted: Cutting, Piercing, Blunt, Ice and Shock at 50%, Fire at 60%, Poison at 90%, and Shroud does nothing. It always drops the Fell Dragon Youngling Head, 5 Shroud Core and 6 to 12 Legendary Runes, is worth twelve times the base XP, and gains 90% health for each extra player.
