Fell boss found in Albaneve Summits.

The Fell Cyclops is a boss in the Albaneve Summits, fought at the Elixir Well visited during the quest Ignite The Coldest Elixir Well. Its kill guarantees four drops: the Fell Cyclops Head for the Hunter's Fell Cyclops trophies, an Enshrouded Cyclops Eye, a Shroud Nexus and 4 to 8 Legendary Runes. The eye goes into the Hailcaster Hat, the Frostbite Slasher Hood and the Invisible Barrier, and the nexus into the Huge Magic Chest and Pikemead's Bulwark. Fire deals 120% damage and Shroud none. It gives eight times the base XP, and its health grows 60% per extra player.
