About
Flame Mosaic Piece III is on a bedroom balcony in the keep. Just past the iron gate, turn back toward the storage room and climb to the balcony door above it, lockpick that door and cross the room onto the scaffolding. Go left around it, climb the metal grate, and break through the barred wooden door of the bedroom.
