Scavenger Hound

Scavenger enemy found in Springlands, Revelwood, Nomad Highlands, Kindlewastes, Albaneve Summits and Veilwater Basin. It comes in 2 variants: camp hound and night patrol leader.

Called the Scavenger Wolf here before 1.0 gave it an official name.

The Scavenger Hound is a wolf tamed by scavengers to defend them, found from the Springlands to the Kindlewastes. Camp hounds drop 2 Bones and either Raw Wolf Meat (48.8%) or Animal Fur (26.2%). The night patrol leader carries far more. It rolls once on a weapon table where each weapon has a 1.39% to 2.78% chance, among them the Fell Thunderbrute Greatsword, and outside the Springlands that table also holds two regional gems at about 3% each. A second roll gives supplies such as arrows, bandages, an Antidote or a Mysterious Flask, and up to three more rolls give crafting materials matched to the region, from Nails and String in the Springlands to Glass and Iron Bars in the Kindlewastes. Fire and Shroud deal 130% damage, Ice 70%.
