Kindlewastes

Region 4 of 6 in the south-east of the map, opened at Flame level 5. Most enemies are level 21 to 27.

The Kindlewastes is a desert of sun-baked sandstone mesas, cacti and dunes south-east of the map's centre, with winding canyons full of Shroud and Fell below the mesas. It borders only the Nomad Highlands and the Albaneve Summits. The fourth region, it opens with Flame level 5, and typical enemy levels run from 21 to 27. It never rains in the Kindlewastes, and like every region it has no heat zone. Scavengers and the Fell hold most of the settlements, and Vukah camp in the north-east. The Sun Temples fall to Scavengers, Fell or Hollow depending on where they stand, and Hollow also guard a buried tomb near East Lapis. The Scorpion, Dune Armadillo and Draconian Vulture are native to the Kindlewastes alone. Saffron, Sandstone, Scarab and the night-only Shadowbloom are gathered almost exclusively here.
