Hugo Vanderhall

Villager, one of the 10 villagers.

Hugo Vanderhall is a villager and a scholar found at the Sun Temple 80 m south of Scatterbone in the Kindlewastes, a spot no quest leads to. When summoned he takes you for a new faculty member and wonders why the place does not look like his library.

Oh, an unknown face! Are you a new faculty member? My name is Hugo Vanderhall, I'm a scholar here! Actually... where is "here"? This place doesn't look like my library...
