Called the Snow Leopard here before 1.0 gave it an official name.

The Snow Sabertooth is a hostile animal of the Albaneve Summits. Two Bones drop from every kill, with a 49% chance of Raw Fatty Meat or 21% of Animal Fur on top. Fire and Shroud do 130% damage to it, and nothing is resisted.
