Oswald Anders is the Blacksmith, a craftsperson who crafts and upgrades armor and weapons. The Flame sends you to him in Find the Sleeping Survivor, a trip through the Shroud to an Ancient Vault in the Springlands, where he is woken and then placed at a base with a Summoning Staff. The Blacksmith has 190 recipes, and Smithing Tools, handed out in The Blacksmith's Request, account for 28 of them. His rescue opens another 15 recipes at other stations, 9 of them at the Carpenter. The Blacksmith's Family sends you after his estranged daughter, Rochelle Anders, who works the same forge as his assistant.
