The Blacksmith sends you into the Elixir Well north-east of Longkeep to destroy its Shroud Root. It's worth 150 XP, and the reward is the Fell Thunderbrute Head.

    Reach The Elixir Well

    The well is about 280 m north-west of Saline Springs, 300 m south-east of the Small Flint Mine and 350 m north-east of Longkeep.

    The Blacksmith wants to fight against the Shroud, the ruinous fog that has overtaken Embervale from the depths of the Elixir Wells.

    Reach the nearby Elixir Well to learn more about the Shroud!

    It is recommended to equip sufficient gear, such as fur armor, for example. Eat food and rest in your base to acquire buffs before heading out.

    Enter The Elixir Well

    The Elixir Well is an overgrown pit, spitting corruption and fumes into the air from below.

    Enter the Well to find the root of this evil and eradicate it!

    The Shroud Root inside the Elixir Well will spread uncontrollably and harm Embervale. You have to put a stop to this.

    Destroy the Shroud Root with a Felling Axe!
