  1. 1

    Investigate The Strange Letter

    At

Trade Outpost "Blazing Rock" is an enemy camp about 250 m west of Conway Camp and 330 m north of a Vukah Camp.

    Journal

The Blacksmith asked to investigate a strange letter he received, signed by someone he doesn't recognize. The note was shipped by the Conways, couriers from the Nomad Highlands. Their shipment must've gone through the Trade Outpost "Blazing Rock".

Solving this mystery will allow you to craft better armor.

  2. 2

    Investigate The Strange Letter

    At
    Journal

The following letter was sent to the Blacksmith:

Dear Oswald, you're special to me in ways I can't even describe. Tall! Strong! A Blacksmith! What else could you want? I miss you and think of you daily. So what if we're oceans apart? My heart belongs to you only, you see, no matter the distance. The struggle of putting my feelings for you on paper keeps me awake under star-fired nights.

    Investigate The Missing Shipment

    At

Conway Camp is about 220 m south of the village of Jasper Isles.

    Journal

The shipment for the Blacksmith didn't come through Trade Outpost "Blazing Rock". It's theorized that the couriers, the Conways, traveled through Umber Hollow to save time.

  4. 4

    Explore Jasper Isles

    At

Jasper Isles is about 160 m south-east of Pondsworth, right beside the Jasper Isles Shroud Root.

    Journal

The Conway brothers traveled through Umber Hollow, where they were attacked. It seems like the Blacksmith was meant to receive an item, which was left behind in a town called Jasper Isles when the Conways fled. The note the Blacksmith received seems to be a farbrication of the Conways, since the original note was lost alongside a gift.

  5. 5

    Place The Smithing Tools

    Journal

Some Smithing Tools were found in Jasper Isles. They must be for the Blacksmith. Place the Smithing Tools in the base to unlock more crafting recipes.

The Smithing Tools will allow you to craft advanced armor.
