Crafted at Rare by the Blacksmith, it gives 101 physical and 58 magical armor. The recipes need Oswald Anders rescued and a Crucible picked up, and a Forge must be nearby. Drops from Revelwood never roll Rare, and a Legendary one adds 12 physical and 5 magical armor.
