Brittle Shroud Petals drop from Fell Vicious Vines, first met in the Revelwood Shroud. Six of their 15 uses are boots (Adventurer, Healer, Mage, Marksman, Ranger and Tank); the others include the Ranger Hood, Marksman Gloves, the Hailscourge at the Blacksmith and the Reaper's Wand at the Alchemist.
