The Hunter crafts it at Rare after Athalan Skree is rescued and the Hand Spindle has been picked up or The Hunter's Hand Spindle has begun. In Revelwood it drops at the other four rarities, Legendary adding 8 physical and 8 magical armor over the crafted 66 of each.
