About
Captain Melville Fontane is the Fisher, a retired sea captain turned innkeeper who now offers fishing gear. The Flame sends you into the newly opened Veilwater Basin in Emerald Shores And Sanguine Seas, warning of a threat along its shores; clues in a nearby settlement point to an old captain who often traveled to an island, and his soul lies there at Ol' Captain's Rest. All 14 recipes at the Fisher are paid for in Gold Coins. He has no assistant.
