Kindlewastes Beacon Dungeon

Beacon Dungeon in Cinder's Cradle, area level 23.

About

The Hydropower Plant, at level 23, is built into the Eldermere Dam, and both notes inside are Eldermere's own: an operational report on energy output and water quality, and It's Perfectly Aerodynamic!. Fell Commanders, Shroud Gazers and Fell soldiers fight next to B.L.D.R., G.A.R.D. and G.U.N.R. Constructs. A Shroud Root grows inside, and the three locked chests give the Electric Initialiser, a legendary wand, along with the Kindlewastes Miniature Piece.
