About
Riptide is an Epic shield that is looted rather than crafted, then upgraded at the Blacksmith. Its five upgrade tiers land at item levels 11, 16, 21, 26 and 36; each recipe takes 4 metal bars (Copper, Bronze, Iron, Silver or Steel), 2 creature parts such as Poison Sack or Drak Scales, and 3 logs or Fossilized Bone, with a Gold Bars added to the Steel recipe. It gives 5% Poison Resistance, and Bash appears twice in its tiers alongside Snake Eater and 20% Retaliation.
