This pair of pants has significant padding on the inside, allowing you to travel for longer periods in frost-ridden lands. Traditionally, hides from the wearer's spirit animal are used to create the padding, but wool will do in a pinch.
Thaumaturge Pants(drop)
Common to Legendary legs for Mages, item level 30.
About
These Thaumaturge Pants drop rather than being crafted, so rarity is rolled: Common, Uncommon, Epic or Legendary. Their tier list has Piercing Armor twice, then Blood Letting, 30 Mana and the Terror perk at Legendary.
