Red Fabric is dyed by the Hunter with a Loom nearby, from 1 Fabric and 1 Sulfur. Most of its 21 uses are Bard decorations: banners, flag poles and decorative bells. It also goes into the Golden Bulwark Chest Plate and Gloves, the Red Carpet Block, the Heart Pillow, the Red Party Hat and the Serpent Warrior Chest.
