Mist of a Fell Sicklescythe drops from the Fell Sicklescythe, first met in the Nomad Highlands Shroud. Six of its eight uses are boots: Soldier, Warden and Rogue at the Blacksmith and Archmage, Sage and Warlock Boots at the Alchemist. The other two are Alchemist recipes, Shroud Meteor and Eternal Heal Channel.
