About
Frozen Gauntlets are Legendary Mage gloves at item level 40 from the Veilwater Basin. They lie on a corpse at the bottom of Lacemaker Pond, which takes armor with frost resistance to reach; a lore note on the second floor of a building points the way. They give 10% wand damage, 5% ice damage, 12 mana regeneration and 25% critical strike damage against Soaked enemies, and the bonuses carry Wand Mastery twice plus Arcane Deflection and Iceman.
