About
Fell Heart drops from the Fell Sporehead in the Kindlewastes and Albaneve Summits Shroud. Eighteen of its 20 uses are armour, chiefly chest pieces, hoods and boots for the Deerstalker, Deadeye, Assassin, Sage, Archmage and Warlock lines, plus Rogue, Soldier and Warden chestplates. The other two are Ethereal Plane at the Alchemist and the Heal Beam Channel.
