Drak Chieftain

Drak enemy found in Veilwater Basin.

The Drak Chieftain guards Drak villages and settlements in the Veilwater Basin and fights with an axe. It slashes for moderate piercing damage, smashes the ground to raise yellow-glowing earth spikes that hit hard, and throws a grappling hook to drag a player in before following up with another slash. It moves slowly, so jumping, dodging and blinking over or away from it avoids most of these attacks. The Chief Drak'Dal Axe drops at 15%, with 3 to 6 Legendary Runes in its place otherwise, and there is a 20% chance at a Gem of Currents. Every kill also brings 4 to 6 Obsidian or Gold Ore, two rolls of Drak Blood, Claws, Scales or Teeth, and a 10% chance of 2 to 3 Pearl. Shroud and Shock deal 130% damage to it, Fire 70%, and it is worth 2.2 times the base XP.
